Michelle Olivo has used her outgoing energy to create a diversified career in various service industries. Building relationships, collaborating with people, and providing client satisfaction has led her to several successful roles.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Michelle moved to Sarasota, Florida in 2002. After owning and running a National Recruiting Firm for 15 years, Michelle decided to continue her entrepreneur spirit with Castle Concierge, as the Fairy Godmother.
Personally, and professionally, Michelle knew that the combination of her talents and experiences would make a perfect fit for the Home Watch and Concierge Service Industry.
Offering home watch and concierge services, Michelle believes we all deserve a little royalty in our fairy tale! Known for her integrity, Michelle prides herself with her ‘royal’ accolades for Castle Concierge including accreditation by the National Home Watch Association; Sarasota Magazine Readers’ Choice Awards in 2021 and 2022 for ‘Best of White Glove Service’ and ‘Best of Home Watch & Concierge’, as well as 5-Star Google Reviews.
Michelle is known and admired in the community and is involved with multiple organizations. As a breast cancer survivor, she volunteers with the American Cancer Society and has a team that participates annually in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Campaign to fundraise and walk in support of Breast Cancer. She is a member of the Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce and serves as a Chamber Ambassador. Michelle is the true definition of a multitasker and community champion.
Professionalism and work ethic define Michelle as a businesswoman, but many know her as a friend and a mom. Always present with positivity to support, Michelle strives to find solutions and make people happy. Her greatest life accomplishments are her two adult children; with them is where she truly finds the most joy and takes the most pride.
