About a year ago, we began working with Michelle Olivo of Castle Concierge. We rely on her for various services- home watching when on vacation, arranging cleaning and service appointments/repairs, watering plants, airport runs, etc. Michelle has relationships with many vendors/contractors and can help connect you to a reliable person for any project you want done. Anyone she suggests has a proven track record of quality work.

Michelle is organized, on time and most importantly reliable. She works hard with the goal of having happy clients. We are so thankful to have found Castle Concierge and are most appreciative of them going above and beyond all the time. Highly recommend….you won’t be disappointed.

I don’t often write reviews, but this is one of those times where I must. Castle Concierge has been an absolute game changer for us as managing our Sarasota home from 1,000+ miles away was getting more and more difficult. Castle’s professional approach and services to not only our “castle” but its aging occupants (wife’s parents) was exactly what we needed. The Castle Team led by Michelle has completely simplified the maintenance and wellness of our home. Stop wasting time searching for solutions. CALL CASTLE.

I rarely give a a 5 Star only because I truly believe that in any business there is all-ways place for improvement at one level or another. But in the case of Castle Concierge, she deserves a 5 STAR and more. I want to say that Castle Concierge, is truly someone you can rely on. Michele is totally committed to the satisfaction of her clients. She is reliable, trustworthy, professional, attentive to details, and always goes the extra mile. On top of all this, she is very resourceful and provides you with a detailed report after each visit. She is the answer to all your concerns and worries while you are away. I strongly recommend her.
